Word will Read to You

The title card for a video reads, "Proofread with Audio"

The best way for me to find typos and spelling errors in my content is usually to hit the publish button. That’s when they suddenly show up, right? When I really don’t want to find them that way, I have Word read my stuff to me.

It’s a lot easier to hear my typos than to see them. So after I’ve done my spell and grammar check, I use the text to speech function of Word so I can be sure I got it right.

This 90-second video shows you how to do it.
